We smoke our prawns using traditional methods ensuring no short cuts are taken with our every thought being about providing the best possible smoky flavour in our prawns.

Try our oak smoked prawns in this Spanish inspired seafood paella recipe. It truly is Spanish sunshine on a plate.
- Heat a large frying pan with a glug of oil on a medium heat. Once hot add in 4 cloves of minced garlic, 1 diced red bell pepper and 1 diced onion to the pan and season with a pinch of salt and pepper. Cook until the onion begins to soften.
- Once the onions and pepper have started to soften pour in 200g of tomato puree along with a generous dash of paprika and 2 tsp of saffron and cook for a further 1 minute.
- Mix in 300g paella rice along with 600ml of stock stir and bring to the boil.
- When most of the stock has evaporated add in cooked mussels and your smoked prawns leave to cook until the prawns and mussels have heated through.
- Serve up and enjoy!
